Ebony Langston is the Vice President, Sales Executive of Healthcare at TTEC Healthcare Solutions, a leading global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative customer experience. Ebony is responsible for growing revenue within their embedded client base, as well as acquiring new logos. She is an expert in building relationships, and proactively implements strategic initiatives to engage clients and employees alike. A driven, passionate, and self-motivated business development executive, Ebony possesses over 15 years of experience directing organizational operations and improving underperforming processes with a focus in the Healthcare industry. She founded and runs her own Executive Health Coaching company, You Deserve You, where she provides wellness & executive coaching services to emerging and executive women leaders. She expresses her passion for physical health & wellness as a certified health coach, personal trainer, and group fitness trainer. Before joining the team at TTEC, Ebony was the VP Operations/Director of Client Operations for Optum Prior, she served in various roles in the BPO Healthcare space, with various roles of ascending responsibility at Connextions, most recently as the Director of Sales and Operations. Other professional and/or volunteer roles include: serving as a Board Director/Vice Chairman at Global Executive Business Consultants; a Mentor at the Global Mentorship Initiative; a Young Professionals Board Member at Boys Hope, Girls Hope; and a Mentor Coordinator at the Pace Center for Girls Ebony earned her B.S. in Psychology from Duke University, and her MBA from Webster University.
